烙铁头采用进口无氧铜做为原材料，储热量大 导热迅速，不易产生虚焊。本体寿命长不易老化。

外型使用特殊成型机器加工，尺寸 ，不会因为焊点过大导致虚焊；或者烙铁头较大碰到周边元件。

无铅合金铁电镀层密实，不易脱落 ，使用寿命特长；

产品表层使用特殊材料处理， 镀锡处理，确 体不因高温而变黑。

 正常使用350度焊接，寿命约30000-35000焊点。具体会根据焊点大小，烙铁头温度，锡线成分含量不一样，寿命略有不同。

注意请勿使用砂纸或者锉加工前端。正常清洁请使用无水烙铁海绵或者清洁球。勿在桌子上敲打。

注意无焊接工作时，请关闭焊台或者调低温度，以延长烙铁头使用寿命。

T ad-free alloy ferroelectric coating is dense, not easy to fall off, and has a long service life;

 

The surface of the product is treated with special materials and the tip is tinned to ensure that the body is not blackened due to high temperature.

 

 

 

The normal use is 350 degree welding, and the service life is about 30000-35000 solder joints. According to the size of the solder joint, the temperature of the iron head and the content of the tin line, the service life is slightly different.

 

Be careful not to use sandpaper or file to process the front end. Please use anhydrous iron sponge or cleaning ball for normal cleaning. Don't knock on the table.

 

Note that when there is no welding work, please close the welding table or lower the temperature to extend the service life of the iron head.
