Excavator Ripper Instructions

 

一、安装说明Installation Note

1. 所有销轴及销孔安装前必须先涂抹黄油。

All pin shaft and pin-hole must be smear grease first before installed.

1. 先用销轴将松土器后端耳孔固定在小臂前套销孔上安装好。

First, the end of ripper ears hole fixed at the front of arm sleeve pin holes by pin.

1. 再用销轴把松土器前端耳孔与连杆销孔连接安装好即可。

Then the front of ripper ears hole linked to the link pin hole by pin shaft.

 

二、适用场合Application

松土器分标准型和岩石型，其中标准型材料为Q345B，适用于硬土的粉碎、 ；岩石型材料为HARDOX，适用于碎石、次坚石、风化石的粉碎、 。Ripper divided into standard type and rock type. The standard type material is Q345B that apply to smashing, splitting hard soil. The rock type material is HARDOX that apply to smashing gravel, secondly, tough stone, stone and rock.

 

三、使用注意事项Caution

必须在适用场合内使用，严禁用于挖掘混有较大坚硬石块的重载作业环境，并遵守挖掘机操作使用的相关规定。It must be used in suitable position. Prohibit excavating mixed with a larger hard stones heavy working environment. And comply with the relevant provisions of the excavator operation to use.
