I feel the 306 series (mechanical or electronic versions) are the best all around torque wrenches that Facom makes today. Great accuracy and flexibility for use in the laboratory or workshop. Note - I've received 2 of these in the last 3 months and both have calibration certificates showing far better than +/-2% accuracy. In fact, at each of the 3 calibration points, 27nm/81nm/135nm (20%, 60% and of the range), the worst deviation for spec was 0.4%.
