1.7设备封口形式为背封、三边封、四边封直纹封口带易撕口，模具带钢字（可压印生产日期）；

2.适用范围:

 

适用于食品、医药、化工产品中液体物料的全自动包装，如： 剂、洗发水、沐浴液体、面霜、调味油、果酱、番茄酱、蜂蜜等液体/膏体物料。

 

2.Scope of application :

 

This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of paste or liquid of foods , medicine and chemicals , such as pesticide , shampoo ,body foam bath lotion , facial cream , ingredient oil , fruit sauce , tomato ketchup and honey and so on .

 

3.全自动特点：

 

无极调速：包装速度在一定范围内可以无级调整，达到与制袋、充填、封合、切断环节匹配，使包装过程稳定可靠。

袋长可在额定范围内任意设定，步进电机驱动，拉袋稳定可靠，速度可选定。

在包装膜有色标定位标志时，制袋过程可实现光电自动检测、定位、封合、切断，保证了制袋图案完整。

具有自诊断、故障提示功能。

温度控制用高精度的PID调节，具有热封合稳定性，保证了对不同材料的封合质量。

操作维修方便：间歇式结构简单，易于操作和维修。

通用性强：通过更换不同的充填头便可达到一机多用的目的。

自动打印产品批号，可加易撕口，便于使用。
