4、可调整震动强度的大小，震动强度大小可随使用者调整，提升生产速度。送料与震动驱动方式独立，可自由设定理想停止时间，滚筒滚动落料时间、螺丝到达前端后的震动时间、螺丝在轨道上运行的速度快慢皆由PCB独立提供调节线路从而配合生产线的作业时间。
