简介

凸耳式蝶阀驱动方式可选用手动、蜗轮、气动、电动，连接方式可选用法兰、对夹，结构形式可选用单偏心、中线式、双偏心、三偏心，密封结构可选用软密封、硬密封，压力范围PN0.1-10Mpa，公称通径为DN40～2000mm，材质可选用铸钢、不锈钢。由于阀门的使用范围非常的广泛，同一种阀门在不同的场合与工况有不同的搭配。

对夹式凸耳蝶阀的蝶板安装于管道的直径方向。在蝶阀阀体圆柱形通道内，圆盘形蝶板绕着轴线旋转，旋转角度为0°-90°之间，旋转到90°时，阀门则呈全开状态 [1]  。

结构

凸耳式蝶阀

对夹式蝶阀是用双头螺栓将阀门连接在两管道法兰之间，其结构简单、体积小、重量轻，只由少数几个零件组成。而且只需旋转90°即可快速启闭，操作简单，同时该阀门具有良好的流体控制特性。蝶阀处于完全开启位置时，蝶板厚度是介质流经阀体时的阻力，因此通过该阀门所产生的压力降很小，故具有较好的流量控制特性。蝶阀有弹密封和金属密封两种密封型式。弹性密封阀门，密封圈可以镶嵌在阀体上或附在蝶板周边。

注：1、DN50~DN800蝶阀分别适用于PN1.0/PN1.6MPa两种压力级，表中每规格中有两个尺寸的分别表示PN1.0 MPa 和PN1.6MPa两种压力级连接尺寸。蝶阀上法兰可通用于手动、蜗轮蜗杆传动、电动、气动等。

表中D1及n-?尺寸为蝶阀安装定位尺寸，包容国标（GB）、国际标准（ ）、德标（DIN）、英标（BS）等

法兰连接标准。

2、D1及n-?尺寸可按国标（GB）、国际标准（ ）、美标（ANSI）、德标（DIN）、英标（BS）、日标（JIS）加工生产。E及n1-?1尺寸可按GB/T 12223及 5211标准加工生产。
